Welcome to Dhanika Instruments. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Operations

Dhanika Instruments operates as a manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of scientific laboratory equipment, chemicals, and reagents. All business transactions are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise specified in a formal Purchase Order (PO) or Agreement.

2. Quotations and Orders

• All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a formal Purchase Order or advance payment as specified in the quote.
• Prices are generally quoted Ex-Works Delhi, unless otherwise negotiated.

3. Payment Terms

• Standard terms require 100% advance payment on order confirmation for new clients.
• GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is extra on all prices.
• Delayed payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 18% per annum.

4. Delivery and Logistics

Standard delivery timelines are 2-3 weeks from the receipt of payment/PO, subject to stock availability. Dhanika Instruments is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

5. Warranty and Product Liability

• We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects for all instrumentation.
• The warranty does not cover consumables (glassware, chemicals, reagents) or damage caused by improper handling.
• Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part at our discretion.

6. Quality Standards

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we maintain strict quality control. However, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that the equipment and chemicals are suitable for their specific technical requirements and applications.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

8. Changes to Terms

Dhanika Instruments reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
